The product/service itself was okay, and I did eventually get my refund, but the process was more frustrating than it needed to be. I had to follow up a few times, and support replies were slow. Not the worst experience, but definitely could’ve been handled better.

I ordered this because the pictures made it look really clean and modern, but once I put it on, it gave serious travel vest from 2002 vibes. The pockets puff out in a weird way, and it sits awkwardly around the waist, so the whole fit just felt frumpy on me. Maybe it’s useful if you need to carry a bunch of stuff, but style-wise it was an immediate no. Also, when I reached out, I just got one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” responses, which made the whole thing more annoying

The jacket feels fine overall, like it’s comfortable enough to throw on for errands or walking the dog, but the pocket layout drives me a little nuts. I keep putting my keys or lip balm in there and then somehow they disappear into the pocket abyss. I spent way too long digging around for my parking ticket the other day while holding a coffee, so yeah, not my favorite design.

I mainly bought this because of the pockets, but i blame the weird pocket sizes for making it feel awkward. Stuff bulged out in random spots, and once I put my phone and wallet in, one side felt way heavier than the other. I was hoping it’d be useful for travel, but it just wasn’t practical for me. I really wanted to like this jacket, I really did, but it just didn’t hold up. After only a few months of normal daily wear, the stitching started coming loose and one of the zippers kept getting stuck over and over. I wasn’t doing anything rough with it either, just wearing it day to day. For the price, I expected it to last a lot longer. Disappointed...

I really wanted to like this, I really did, but the first wash was just annoying. I followed the tag exactly with a cold wash and hang dry, and it still came out all wrinkly and kind of weird-looking.
The pockets took forever, like forever, to dry, and the fabric didn’t feel the same after. For what it costs, I expected it to hold up better in the wash. Definitely not buying it again.
